Abstracts should be submitted using the template in the link below. Note that submitting an abstract does NOT guarantee your registration. You must register separately to ensure your attendance.

 

Poster Guidelines

Please limit your posters to a width of 40" or less. If your poster exceeds this width, please contact us  at immunobc@gmail.com before February 14, 2025 to let us know.

Deadlines

To be considered for a selected talk, please submit your abstract by January 31, 2025.

The abstract submission deadline for poster-only presentations is February 7, 2025.

Abstract Selection Announcement

Abstracts selected for a poster or an oral presentation will be announced by ​February 7, 2025, and authors will be notified by email.

Travel Awards

Travel awards ($250 per award) will be available for attendees travelling from out of town who submit an abstract. You will be asked whether or not you want to be considered for a travel award as part of the abstract submission process. Winners of the travel award will be notified by February 10, 2025.
